High Quality Video

Normally videos look like shit on YouTube but I just saw a trailer that looked great. The reason why? It was in black and white. I wonder if B&W could be an intermediate step towards true HD video streaming. I doubt many people would like that, but it’s an interesting thought… That being said, I’ve been watching GameSpy’s high quality streaming videos and while they take a long time to load, they look fantastic (and are in color).

    yeah, i can’t wait until we get higher quality streaming video, youtube makes me sad.

    Thanks Dan, I’m glad you like the posts. As for video, sites like Daily Motion have somewhat better quality. Gaming site Gamespy has some gorgeous video, but unfortunately it takes a while to load.
